Performance Athletics Jr.

The Performance Athletics Jr. program is designed to maximize your child’s athletic performance while having fun. With instruction from nationally accredited and certified Sports Performance professionals, this program will equip your son or daughter with the confidence and mental edge it takes to consistently perform at their best level.

Swim Lessons

The TFC swim lesson program is different from other national organizations that teach swimming lessons such as the Red Cross or the YMCA. We teach swimming as well as, safety, personal growth, character development, stroke development, water games, and water sports. TFC swimming lessons are divided into three age groups: Parent/Child (ages 6 months to 2 years), Preschool (ages 3 to 5 years), and Youth (ages 6 to 13 years). With in these categories are the different levels of swimming. Your child should be placed into the appropriate level based on his/her age and swimming ability. Each session consists of 8 classes that are 40 minutes long. For preschool, there is a 1 to 6 student to instructor ratio. For youth, there is a 1 to 8 student to instructor ratio. There must be at least 3 swimmers per class.

Transformation Fitness Center is Edmond’s Premier Family Fitness Center. We want to help make health a way of life for you and your entire family. TFC offers an elite facility, and incredible staff of well educated trained professionals and a commitment to friendly service excellence.

Transformation Fitness Center is owned by the Ministries of Jesus, a 501 c3 non-profit organization. Ministries of Jesus is a Christian center for healing the whole person, spirit, soul, and body. We currently operate a medical clinic, a counseling center, and a recovery center, as well as this fitness facility. We annually provide over 1.5 million dollars worth of health services to clients in the local area at no charge. Revenues produced by Transformation Fitness will be used to fund the Ministries of Jesus clinic, counseling and recovery centers.
