Express Workouts are back at TFC. June 1st-July 30th
Express workouts are 30 minute, full-body workouts that will get you in and out in no time, while maximizing calorie and fat burn.
Days: Monday, Tuesday or Thursday
Time; 10:30am, 3:30am, or 6pm
Age: 16 and up
Pricing: Members-$96 for 1 month or $172 for June and July.
Non-Members-$110 for 1 month or $185 for June and July.

Express Workouts FAQ's
If I can't make all the days, can I get my money back or can I pro-rate my account?
No. Due to the extremely low costs of Express Workouts, there will be no pro-rating.
Is 30 minutes enough time for weight loss?
Yes, you will experience an intense, full-body workout in a sufficient amount of time.
Who will be teaching Express Workouts?
Miguel Cordona CPT, Kim Shepard CPT, Carrie Kincaide CPT and Nic Delano CPT.
Do I have to be a member to enroll?
No, we welcome all participants to Express Workouts.
Can I participate in Express Workouts at the same time my children are participating in Performance Athletics?
Yes. This is one of the primary reasons we began Express Workouts. To allow for parents of PA children to get a full-body, complete workout while their kids are working out also!
