Train to Run New Dates

Whether you're training for a marathon, a 5k or a mile, train to run with TFC. Beginning Tuesday, February 24th, Train to Run is a 9 week program designed to improve running technique, set/improve pace and goal times, increase running self-confidene and establish fitness goals for 2009. Train to Run will proceed right up to the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. Train to run will meet Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm.
