Pool Party FAQs
- What typically goes on at a TFC Pool Party?
- Answer- The parties last 2.5 hours and this includes a 15 minute rules session, 1.25 hours of pool fun followed by 1 hour of eating, opening presents, etc.
- How do I schedule a pool party at Transformation Fitness Center?
- Answer- It’s easy! Just give us a call at 752.1233 and we will gladly help you reserve your special day and time.
- Is a deposit required?
- Answer- A $75 deposit is required to secure your party date and time. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
- How many guests can I invite?
- Answer- You can invite up to 20 guests.
- Where will the eating and gift opening take place?
- Answer- This takes place in our lobby right outside the pool entrance. The lifeguards set up tables and chairs and reserve the area for your use.
- Is there a charge for the birthday child?
- Answer- No, there is never a charge for the birthday child.
- What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
- Answer- We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time to check in, change, shower, and get ready for the review of the rules.
- Do parents need to stay at the party?
- Answer- The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are welcome to stay and watch. We have bleachers in the pool area.
- Do I need to sign a waiver for my child?
- Answer- For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. To print off a waiver, click here.
- What does my child need to bring to the party?
- Answer- A swim suit, goggles if desired and a towel.
- Who will be supervising the pool party?
- Answer- We provide two lifeguards at each party.
- Will the children have access to the hot tub?
- Answer- No, the gym rules state that you must be 14 to have access to the hot tub.
- Will the pool be closed to all other club guests during the scheduled party time?
- Answer- No, club guests will be allowed to enter the pool area to either enjoy the hot tub or swim laps. One lap lane will be added if a member would like to swim laps.
- Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the lobby?
- Yes, we do not provide decorations or paper products.
- Are gratuities(tips) appropriate?
- Answer- Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
- Can I bring food to my party?
- Answer- Yes, you may bring pizza, cake, cupcakes, drinks, etc. for your party guests.
