Group Fitness
TFC offers over 50 classes a week! Cardio classes like Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Cardio Sculpt, Cycling, Boot Camp and Zumba will have you burning calories in a fun and friendly atmosphere. To build strength in your body TFC has Group Power, Body Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt and Cycle Sculpt; these classes will build strength and tone the major muscle groups of your body.
TFC also offers Mind/Body fitness like yoga, pilates and core classes to challenge our abdominals, moving your body through a full range of motion with pilates, strengthen our body through static holds and finally relaxing away tension and stress by focusing on our breathe in yoga.
No age group is left out at TFC; we have classes for the Seasoned Citizens as well, Senior Aerobic Fitness and Senior Strength training.
The club opens at 5am and classes begin at 5:30-7:00am for early morning; 8:00-11:00am for mid morning and 4:30-8:30pm for afternoon through evening.
All TFC instructors are knowledgeable, certified and friendly. We want to help you meet you fitness needs and goals.
