Performance Athletics Jr.

The Performance Athletics Jr. program is designed to maximize your child’s athletic performance while having fun. With instruction from nationally accredited and certified Sports Performance professionals, this program will equip your son or daughter with the confidence and mental edge it takes to consistently perform at their best level.

  • Speed — Skills to improve technique and acceleration
  • Strength — Learn and improve strength training techniques
  • Flexibility — Increase flexibility and balance
  • Agility — Drills to improve lateral movement and quickness
  • Conditioning — Proper conditioning to improve work capacity/li>
  • Nutrition — Learn how proper nutrition affects performance
  • Injury Prevention — Focus on core, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle stability
  • Comprehensive Performance Testing and Evaluation

Instructors

Patrick Wellington

Patrick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Patrick has a bachelors degree in Exercise/Fitness Management from UCO. Along with earning his degree, he also played collegiate baseball. He has worked with athletes from grade school level through college and professionals for 10 years.

Trent Fisher

Trent has worked as a Sports Performance specialist for 12 years and is considered one of the leaders in our area for speed and agility training. His training techniques have helped many youth, high school, college, and professional athletes reach their performance potential. While earning his bachelor’s degree from OSU, he was a 4 year letterman and team captain for the OSU Cowboys football team.
