My Philosophy on Training
While there is no supplement for hard work and discipline, you can attain total health by consistent creative ways of exercise. Getting out of a routine is the best thing for your body. It’s vital to keep the variables changing in order to keep your body guessing. Plus variety in exercises, work intervals, and resistance modes keep you from getting bored. Try something different... out of norm, off the wall once in awhile Stop looking for the quick easy way to health, it doesn’t exist!! You know what to do, when will you do it?
