Rachel Seat
My philosophy on training: Ultimately, I want my clients to understand that as they strive to reach their specific fitness goals, the most important thing is achieving optimal health and wellness. In addition to exercise and training, overall health involves factors such as good diet, adequate rest, healthy relationships, positive attitude, and a spiritual peace. It is a process, and involves developing good habits. After designing a program that is specific to my clients and their needs, my main goal is to encourage and motivate them to always work hard, not only at training and exercise, but also in adopting healthy lifestyle habits. If you really want to see results you have to work hard. “There is no substitute for hard work. Worthwhile results come from hard work and careful planning.” -John Wooden.
