Registration must close at 7:15 am sharp in order for the race to start on time.

Transformation Fitness Center

Participants must complete the press event prior to the race.

PRESS INFO (18+ only)

Press protocol will be available at Transformation Fitness Center the week of the race.  Times can be scheduled Monday – Thursday from 5:00-8:00pm the week leading up to the race (Nov. 7-10^th) and Saturday the 12^th from 6:00-7:15am

Participants will weigh-in at the gym, then bench press a percentage of their weight as many times as possible. Each rep completed will be worth either 0:15 off their 3K race time.

All criteria is subject to change.

FUN FOR THE KIDS (free) (kids press and run) 

We will be having a Kid’s Contest as well!  No fee necessary.

Events begin at 8:30 am.
